 I am helping some friends plan their wedding and have a question about tipping their florist/decorator.  They are using Event Depot for their flowers and decorations at both the ceremony and the reception.  They are being charged an $80 delivery fee.  Do they need to tip each person deliverying/setting up in addition to that delivery fee?
